Equipped with the highest quality 10" (250mm) blade, it also has an integrated whetstone sharpener to ensure you always get the professional clean slices you need.
Please note: This slicer works best with dry products like meats and cheeses. Wet, or juicy products like tomatoes will release a large amount of liquid when sliced which may find its way onto the electronics of the slicer and damage it.
